Yes, you have read it well. I'll start giving out free trainings. Keep in mind that these will be basic workouts and not customized. They will focus on one muscle group and not complicated. *60 seconds break in-between each set & exercises*

Fire Hydrants - 3 x 20 each side

Donkey Kick Backs - 3 x 20 each side


Training

*90 seconds break in-between each set & exercises*

Hip Thrust - 3 x 12

Bulgarian Split Squat - 3 x 12

Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift - 3 x 12

Dumbbell Sumo Goblet Squat - 3 x 12

Smith Machine Donkey Kicks - 3 x 12

Butt Lifts - 3 x 25
